Let’s begin by meeting with you to determine your general goals for this process. We will discuss your timeline and walk-through details and collaboratively determine a listing price by reviewing current market trends. Next, you'll work with the team to ensure your home is ready to be put on the market. These tasks include: 

  • Completing the necessary listing paperwork 
  • Identifying any updates or repairs that must be made before listing 
  • Walking through your home to measure and create a cohesive floor plan 

By proactively taking these steps, you’ll be well prepared for the next part of the selling process.


Pre-Marketing — Staging Your Home

Once we have identified your goals and determined the work that needs to be done, you can begin to take action. Next, ensure that your home is looking as clean, organized, and welcoming as possible to new potential buyers. 

Our team will assist with coordinating all of these details, including: 

  • Staging the home, either fully or partially
  • Locating local professionals to assist with home cleaning
  • Taking professional photos that showcase your home’s best features
  • Creating marketing materials that highlight the greatest parts of your home
  • Crafting a listing announcement that is distributed to a network of local Boulder agents
  • Hosting a tour for local Boulder agents to preview your home & offer feedback
  • Hosting a broker open at your home for all local brokers

Marketing Your Home

Now that your home is prepped and ready to be shown off, we will get visuals and details of the house in front of all interested parties. Our team will create an exclusive marketing campaign to ensure your home is shown to the right buyers. 

This marketing campaign will include: 

  • Entering the home into local MLS systems
  • Listing the home on the most popular and widely-used real estate websites (Zillow,, etc.)
  • Presenting the listing to more than 1,200 realtors at RE/MAX of Boulder's weekly meeting
  • Contacting other Boulder-area realtors to highlight your property
  • Utilizing social media marketing tactics

Under Contract

Once we identify the right buyer for your home, we’ll work with you to navigate the final steps of the selling process. The team will assist with:

  • Sorting through buyer offers
  • Negotiating with potential buyers
  • Providing a calendar with all critical deadlines
  • Coordinating a buyer inspection
  • Scheduling an appraisal
