About Amanda Wember

Amanda has been working with Janet for over 8 years - originally in a marketing capacity. As a real estate investor she has been highly involved with managing her properties. The opportunity to work full-time as the Janet Leap Team's Director of Operations and Marketing brought two of her passions together and she hasn't looked back. 

Having lived in Boulder since 1992, Amanda is a wealth of information about the community. She is married and raised her family here in Boulder County. Both of her boys are now in college, but they went through the local public schools, including the BCSIS, Manhattan Middle School, Platt Middle School and Fairview High School. 

When not working you can find Amanda spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, hiking, drinking coffee and  enjoying the Boulder County food scene.

What's your coffee order? Favorite coffee shop in town? I consider myself well versed in Boulder's coffee culture! I either order an Americano or a Bhakti Chai. My two favorite coffee shops are Suti and Alpine Modern on the Hill. 

All time favorite movie or tv show? I'm inspired by Planet Earth!

Favorite thing to do in the mountains? Ski, hike, soak in the hot springs. Recently I paddle boarded the Slate river in Crested Butte and that was so fun!

Favorite local restaurant? Bird House in Erie

Most memorable vacation? Morocco. It was like no where I've ever been!

Recommend something to do on the weekend in Boulder County... On Saturday, hit the farmer's market for coffee and some breakfast. Then walk West on the bike path to Eben G Fine park, hike Sanitas and end the day at the roof top deck at The Rio. 

With no limits, what is your dream vacation? I'd like to travel slowly through Southeast Asia. Bali and Thailand are on my bucket list!
