Janet Leap loves Colorado—and she loves helping others find their place here. Since 2004, she has helped buyers, sellers, families, and investors navigate real estate throughout Boulder, Broomfield, Weld County, and Colorado’s Front Range, bringing experience, creativity, and a personal touch to every move.

Clients describe Janet as dedicated, focused, and calm under pressure. She’s a creative problem-solver who isn’t afraid to take on a complicated transaction or tough negotiation. But what matters most to Janet is understanding the people she works with—what they’re looking for, what matters to them, and how she can make the process a little easier. It’s an approach that has built relationships lasting well beyond the closing table, with many clients returning to Janet again and again and referring their friends and family along the way.

Originally from Louisiana, Janet fell in love with Colorado and earned her degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. She and her husband have made Colorado home with their three sons, embracing the outdoor lifestyle that first drew her here. When she’s not working, Janet loves hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, and exploring new places with her family. After more than two decades in real estate, she still genuinely loves helping others discover what makes Colorado such a special place to call home.
